Blades now go to our state-of-the-art Aero Scan blade-measuring machine where blades are dimensionally computer measured for width, thickness, diameter, edge alignment and face alignment. |

| Composite and metal blades are processed in our refinishing department using American Propeller's own one-of-a-kind AP-3 Blade Grinding Fixture. |

| Under the supervision of our Level Five Certified Master Refinish Technician the hubs, blades and various components now go to the final refinishing process (painting.) |

| Propeller components are then assembled on American Propeller’s own engineered and designed AP-1 Propeller Holding Fixture by the industries most experienced FAA Certified Propeller Repairmen. |

After the propellers are assembled, they are static-balanced on our balance fixture which is mounted on a 4 ft. concrete block to insure accuracy. |
